Collin County Adventure Camp
The City Council of the City of Anna will meet in Special Workshop Session at, Friday,
May 14,2010, at 1:00 p. m and Saturday, May 15, 2010 at 8:30 a.m., at Collin County
Adventure Camp located at 1180 W. Houston St., Anna, Texas 75409 to consider the
following items.
1. Call to Order
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
3. Workshop: The following items/issues will be discussed. No action will be taken
on any item. Discussion at the meeting may be restricted to City Council
members and City staff.
1. Presentation and Discussion regarding Mid-year financial update. (Philip
Sanders)
2. Review and Discussion regarding the five-year Capital Improvement
Program. (City Manager and department Directors)
3. Preview and Discussion of FY 2011 Budget Goals.
4. Adjourn.
1. The Council may vote and/or act upon each of the items listed in this agenda
2. The Council reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning any of the items listed on this agenda, whenever it is
considered necessary and legally justified under the Open Meeting Act
