JOINT CITY COUNCIL AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF ANNA
INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT MEETING
October 19, 20107:30 P.M.

The City Council of the City of Anna and the Board of Trustees of Anna ISO will meet in
Special Workshop Session at, Tuesday, October 19,2010, at 7:30 p. m at the
Administration Building Board Room, 501 S. Sherley. Anna, Texas 75409 to
consider the following items.
The City Council and the Board of Trustees will tour the new high school facility at 6:00
pm and will have dinner at 7:00 pm in the Anna Administration Conference Room.
1. Call to Order.
2. Invocation.
3. Introduction of members present.
4. Report on the state of the School District.
5. Report of the state of the City.
6. Workshop: The following itemsJissues will be discussed. No action will be taken
on any item. Discussion at the meeting may be restricted to City Council
members and the Board of Trustees of Anna ISO.
a. Recruitment (businesses, homes, etc.)
b. Advertisement of School and City successes and events.
1. The Coweil may vote and/or act upon each ofthe items listed in this agenda
2. The Coweil reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning any ofthe items listed on this agenda, whenever it is
considered necessmy and legally justified wOOr the Open Meeting Act.
