That Southwest Consultants was hired to assist the City in the development of Zoning and Subdivision Regulations, review Zoning and Subdivision requests received by the City, develop Facility Use Agreements, CCN Boundary Agreements, attend City Council and Planning & Zoning Commission meetings, conduct periodic workshops, and provide general administrative advise to the City; 2. That all work was performed at the direction of the mayor, city council, city commissions, and/or the city staff and was IN ADDITION TO work performed under various Grant Administration Contracts between Southwest Consultants and the City; 3. That the City accepts responsibility for payment of services performed by Southwest Consultants in accordance with this resolution, and that the cumulative total from May 1, 2000, to August 31, 2001, is $33,727.50 (i.e., 749.50 hours @ $45.00/hour); 4. That Southwest Consultants has been paid a total of $8,768.75 out of the $33,727.50, leaving an unpaid balance of $24,958.75; 5. That Southwest Consultants shall be paid $ ?
