Powell (tract located north of FM 455 approximately 0.5 miles east of intersection of U. S. Highway 75 and FM 455) from “Not Zoned” (not previously inside City) to “Planned Development – Single Family Residential” and “C-2 Commercial”. (See attachments.) 3.
