The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes.

The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to purchase the nine (9) in -car
videos systems bundled with body worn cameras and accessory items from Watch
Guard Video, Incorporated for a total sum of $91590, consistent with the Texas DIR
Cooperative Purchasing system proposal attached hereto as Exhibit A. The City
authorized to execute all documents and to take all other actions
necessary to procure the equipment.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas, on this 1 1th
day of December, 2018.
