A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING A PRELIMINARY PLAT
FOR ROSAMOND SHERLEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ADDITION, BLOCK A, LOT 1
WHEREAS, In order to provide for the orderly development of land wn the Anna city limits
and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City Council")
has adopted Article 9.02 ("Subdivision Regulations") and Article 9.04 ("Zoning Ordinance") the
Anna City Code of Ordinances; and
WHEREAS, Anna Independent School District, has submitted an application for approval of a
preliminary plat for Rosamond Sherley Elementary School Addition, Block A, Lot I
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA,
TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated.
The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes.
Section 2. Approval of Preliminary Plat
The City Council hereby approves the preliminary plat for Rosamond Sherley Elementary
School Addition, Block A, Lot 1 attached hereto as Exhibit A.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas, on this 9th day of
March 2021.
