A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN CITY OFFICIALS AS
AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES FOR DRAWDOWN DOCUMENTS FOR THE
2000 TEXAS CAPITAL FUND PROGRAM (AFFI INTERNATIONAL) PROJECT
Whereas, the City of Anna has received funds through the 2000 Texas Capital Fund Program
for making water and sewer system improvements to serve Affi International, LLP; and
Whereas, Texas Capital Fund Program rules require a resolution authorizing designated
officials as signatories on documents used to draw funds from the Texas Department of
Economic Development to be used in payment for services related to the Texas Capital Fund
Program projects;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA,
TEXAS:
The following officers of the City of Anna are authorized to sign drawdown request documents
as related to the Texas Capital Fund Program:
The City of Anna Mayor
The City of Anna Mayor Pro Tern
The City of Anna City Secretary
Resolved this day the 8t" of AugUSt, 2000, by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas.
