RESOLUTION NO. Dd� -OBI -SLID
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING A SITE PLAN OF PECAN
GROVE, PHASE II, BLOCK M, LOT 1.
WHEREAS, In order to provide for the orderly development of land within the Anna city limits
and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City Council")
has adopted Article 9.02 ("Subdivision Regulation") and Article 9.04 ("Zoning Ordinance") of
the Anna City Code of Ordinances; and
WHEREAS, Pecan Grove Phase II Ltd., has submitted an application for approval for the site
plan of Pecan Grove, Phase II, Block M, Lot 1;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA,
TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated.
The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes.
Section 2. Approval of Site Plan
The City Council hereby approves the site plan of Pecan Grove, Phase II, Block M, Lot 1
attached hereto as Exhibit A.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas, on this 13th day
