Mayor Pro-tem Miller called the meeting to order at 1:08 PM.
Mayor Pike arrived late.

3. Work Session.
a. Presentation/Consider/Discuss/Action on the City Strategic Plan. (City Manager/
City Council)
Consultant Lyle Sumak was present by Zoom. The focus was building on the
current 15-year strategic plan.
No action was taken.
4. Adjourn.
Mayor Pike adjourned the meeting at 5:58 PM.
