A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING A REVISED SITE PLAN OF
ANNA HIGH SCHOOL #1 ADDITION, BLOCK 1, LOT 1.
WHEREAS, In order to provide for the orderly development of land wn the Anna city limits
and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City Council")
has adopted Article 9.02 ("Subdivision Regulation") and Article 9.04 ("Zoning Ordinance") of
the Anna City Code of Ordinances; and
WHEREAS, Anna Independent School District, has submitted an application for approval for
the revised site plan of Anna High School #1 Addition, Block 1, Lot 1.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA,
TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated.
The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes.
Section 2. Approval of the Revised Site Plan
The City Council hereby approves the revised site plan of Anna High School #1 Addition, Block
1, Lot 1 attached hereto as Exhibit A subject to additions and/or alterations to the engineering
plans as required by the Public Works Department.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas, on this 8th day of
June 2021.
