MINUTES
ANNA PARK BOARD
REGULAR MEETING
Monday, Oct 18, 2010
The Park Board of the City of Anna held a regular meeting on Monday, Oct 18, at 7:00 p.m. in
the Community Room of the Anna City Hall Administration Building, located at 111 North Powell
Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to order at 7:20 pm and establishment of quorum. Park Board members present were
Kelly Bailey, Jon Hendrix and Rachel Lyon. Maurice Schwanke was also present.
2. There were no citizen’s comments or other presentations
3. Jon Hendrix made a recommendation that the Parks Board approve the proposal to hold a
5-K Run Fundraiser Event for Mandi Silvers missionary to Cambodia. Rachel Lyon
seconded the motion. The motion carried.
4. Rachel Lyon made a motion that the Anna Glowfest be allowed to add commercial rides,
pony rides, and extra animal displays. Jon Hendrix seconded the motion and the motion
carried.
5. Rachel Lyon made a motion to accept the minutes of Sept 27, 2010. Jon Hendrix seconded
the motion. The motion carried.
6. Jon Hendrix made a motion to adjourn. Rachel Lyon seconded the motion. Motion carried.
The Meeting adjourned at 7:26pm.
