REGULAR MEETING
June 20, 2016
The Park Board of the City of Anna will hold a regular meeting on Monday, June 20,
2016, at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Room of Anna City Hall Administration Building,
located at 111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
2. Consider/Discuss/Act on recommendation concerning a special event application
submitted by Michael Mixon, representative for the Greater Anna Chamber of
Commerce regarding the request for the "July 4th Fire Works Show" located at the
Anna High School on July 4, 2016.
3. Consider/Discuss/Act on recommendation regarding participation in the Collin
County Park and Open Space Grant Program.
4. Discussion: Park rules regarding Lakeview Park.
5. Adjourn
This is to certify that I, Maurice Schwanke, Director of Planning and Development, verify
that this agenda was posted at a place readily accessible to the public at the Anna City
Hall and on the City Hall bulletin board at or before 5:00 p.m., June .17,,�2016.
