SPECIAL MEETING
October 24, 2016
The Park Board of the City of Anna will hold a special meeting on Monday, October 24,
2016, at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Room of Anna City Hall Administration Building,
located at 111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
2. Consider/Discuss/Action concerning the approval of a resolution approving a special
event application submitted by Kevin Hall, Executive Director and representative for
the Greater Anna Chamber of Commerce regarding the request to sponsor a
Christmas Parade" event to be held on Saturday, December 10th, 2016. Preparation
will start at approximately 9:00 a.m. with the actual parade starting at 12:00 noon. A
street block request has been submitted to TXDot to close off Hwy 5 and Fourth
Street.
3. Discuss/ Consider/ Action on proposed Slayter Creek park improvements.
