RESOLUTION NO.��LQ
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
WITH WOPAC CONSTRUCTION FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF W. 3RD STREET.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas ("City Council") finds that the
Agreement to reconstruct W. 3rd Street with Wopac Construction will help preserve and
protect the public health and safety of the City's residents;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANNA, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated.
The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes.
Section 2. Approval of Agreement
The City Council hereby approves the Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit 1, and
authorizes, ratifies and approves the City Manager's execution of same.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas on this 22"d
day of June 2021.
