An order of the Collin County Commissioners Court approving an amendment to a contract.
The Collin County Commissioners Court hereby approves Amendment No. 14 to Interlocal Agreement for Animal
Control Services (Agreement No. 10094-09) with the City of Anna, to extend the contract for one (1) year through
and including September 30, 2022, sets the rate for FY2022, and further authorizes the Purchasing Agent to finalize
and execute same.
A motion was made, seconded, and carried by a majority of the court members in attendance during a regular
session on Monday, August 23, 2021.

**Yearly Capital Charge Covers Any/All Equipment Replacement Costs
Total cost before adjustments is calculated by taking the adopted operating budget for the upcoming year and adding $20,000 for Capital Contribuitons. To
get the total billed amount subtract the flat contract amounts for the smaller entities and entities added at a later time and subtract out the adjustments from the
last closed fiscal year to true up the expeditures. See below the adjustment calculation.

In FY 2020 all of the $20,000 Capital Contribution was spent for Capital so none of the funds are being returned in FY 2022.
