The Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board of the City of Anna will hold its regular
meeting on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at Anna
City Hall located at 111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5) to consider the items below.
1. Call to Order, Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
2. Invocation and Pledge.
3. Neighbor Comments,
4. Staff reports.
5. Consider/Discuss/Act on subcommittees.
a. Anna ISD
b. Subcommittee assignments
c. Social media coordinator
d. Structuring subcommittees (when they meet, other applicants)
6. Consider/Discuss/Act on involvement/co-sponsorship with Blue Santa-19
7. Consider/Discuss/Act on introduction in Neighbor Notes.
8. Approve Minutes from October 6th, 2020.
9. Approve Minutes from November 17th, 2020,
10. Adjournment.
