The Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board of the City of Anna will hold its regular
meeting on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at Anna
City Hall located at 111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5) to consider the items below.
1. Call to Order, Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
2. Invocation and Pledge.
3. Neighbor Comments.
4. Staff reports.
a. Welcome Gina Maria.
b. Website updates.
c. Meeting time.
d. Collin McKinney statue.
5. Subcommittee reports.
a. Chamber and Local Businesses.
b. Community Events and Programming.
c. Internal Processes.
d. Police &Public Safety.
e. Youth.
6. Consider/Discuss/Act on newsletter format.
7. Consider/Discuss/Act on New to Civic Engagement Scholarship award.
8. Approve Minutes from December 1, 2020.
9. Adjournment.
