ANNA DIVERSITY & INCLUSION ADVISORY BOARD MEETING

TUESDAY, April 6, 2021, 6:30 PM
The Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board of the City of Anna will hold its regular
meeting on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at First
Christian Church at 201 S. Sherley Road to consider the items below.
1. Call to Order, Roll Call and Establishment of Quorurr�.
2. Invocation and Pledge.
3. Neighbor Comments.
At this time, any person may address the Diversity and Inclusion Advisory
Commission regarding an item on this meeting agenda that is not scheduled for
public hearing. Also, at this time any person may address the Commission
regarding an item that is not on this meeting agenda. Each person will be allowed
up to 3 minutes to speak.
No discussion or action by Board members may be taken at this meeting on
items not listed on this agenda, other than to make statements of specific factual
information in response to a citizen's inquiry or to recite existing policy in
response to the inquiry.

6. Approve Minutes from February 2, 2021.
