RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING THE QUAIL
CREEK RUN PLACE, BLOCK A, LOTS 1, 2, 3, & 4, MINOR PLAT
WHEREAS, in order to provide for the orderly development of land within the Anna city
limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City
Council') has adopted Article 9.02 of the Anna City Code of Ordinances ("Subdivision
Regulations"); and
WHEREAS, Steven DePriest has submitted an application for approval of the Quail Creek
Run Place, Block A, Lots 1, 2, 3, & 4, minor plat;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANNA, TEXAS THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes.
Section 2. Approval of Development Plat.
The City Council hereby approves the Quail Creek Run Place, Block A, Lots 1, 2, 3, & 4,
minor plat attached hereto as Exhibit A.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas on this 14tn
day of January 2020.
