Call to Order, Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
Mayor Pike called the meeting to order at 6:22 PM.

Items For Individual Consideration.
a. Consider/Discuss/Action on a Resolution of the Board of Directors for Tax
Increment Reinvestment Zone Number Three, City of Anna, Texas
recommending approval of the final Reinvestment Zone Project Plan and
Financing Plan to the City Council.
MOTION: Council Member Carver moved to approve. Council Member Ussery
seconded. Motion carried 7-0.
b. Consider/Discuss/Action on approving a TIRZ No. 3 Agreement by and between
the City of Anna, Texas, MM Anna 325, LLC, and Tax Increment Reinvestment
Zone Number Three, City of Anna, Texas,
MOTION: Mayor Pike moved to approve
Motion carried 7-0.
Adjourn.
Council Member Miller seconded.
Mayor Pike adjourned the meeting at 6:26 PM.
