A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING A SITE PLAN OF ANNA
RETAIL ADDITION, BLOCK A, LOT 5.
WHEREAS, In order to provide for the orderly development of land within the Anna city limits
and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City Council")
has adopted Article 9.02 ("Subdivision Regulation") and Article 9.04 ("Zoning Ordinance") of
the Anna City Code of Ordinances; and
WHEREAS, Anna 31 Retail, LP has submitted an application for the approval of the Anna
Retail Addition, Block A, Lot 5, Site Plan;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA,
TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated.
The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes.
Section 2. Approval of Site Plan
The City Council hereby approves the Anna Retail Addition, Block A, Lot 5, Site Plan
attached hereto as Exhibit A.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas, on this 12th day
