ANNA PARKS ADVISORY BOARD MEETING
October 18, 2021
The Parks Board of the City of Anna
met
at 6:00 PM, on October
18, 2021, at the Anna City Hall, located
at 111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy
5), to
cons iderthe following
items:
1. Call to Order, Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum
a. The meeting was called to order at 6:OOpm. Members present were Elden Baker,
Michelle Clemens, Joe Crowder, Eirik Hansen, and Mackenzie Jenks. Staff present
included Jeff Freeth, Olivia Demings, and Matt Lewis.
2. Staff presented a report on recreation programming.
3. Staff presented a report on Christmas festivities including the City's Christmas tree lighting and
12 Days of Anna programming and the Greater Anna Chamber of Commerce's parade and
market.
4. Staff presented a report on neighborhood life programming.
5. Staff presented a project update on Tree City USA.
6. Staff presented a project update on the Parks Capital Projects.
7. Park Minutes
a. August 16, 2021
A motion was made by Elden Baker, seconded by Eirik Hansen, to approve the Minutes of the
August 16, 2021, meeting. Motion carried 5-0.
2. Adjourn
Eirik Hansen adjourned the meeting at 6:49 pm. G/ / ,� -
