A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT OF BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A 14"
WATER LINE ALONG COUNTY ROAD 367
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANNA, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Anna, Texas, hereby authorizes the City
Manager to advertise and take bids for construction of a 14" diameter water line to be
located along an east -west section of County Road 367 between Oak Hollow Estates,
Phase 5, and the eastern terminus of the east -west section of CR 367.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
RESOLVED THIS the 12th day of July, 2005.
