A RESOLUTION OF Inc: CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING ARY POINTS
COMMERCIAL, BLOCK A, LOT 2R, SITE PLAN.
WHEREAS, In order to provide for the orderly development %J land within the Anna city limits
and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City Council")
has adopted Article 9.02 ("Subdivision Regulation") and Article 9.04 ("Zoning Ordinance") of
the Anna City Code of Ordinances; and
WHEREAS, Retail Buildings, Inc. has submitted an application for the approval of the Avery
Pointe Commercial, Block A, Lot 2R, Site Plan;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA,
TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated.
The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes.
Section 2. Approval of Site Plan
The City Council hereby approves the Avery Pointe Commercial, Block A, Lot 2R, Site Plan
attached hereto as Exhibit A subject to additions and/or alterations to the engineering plans
as required by the Public Works Department,
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas, on this 11th day
