A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN ANNEXATION PETITION AND ESTABLISHING
THE DATES, TIMES, AND PLACES FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR THE
ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Anna has received a petition for annexation from Dr. Joe
Wardell, Superintendent, the owner or authorized representative of the owner of property
described in Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, said territory lies adjacent to and adjoins the present boundaries of the City
of Anna, Texas; now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA THAT
Section I.
The petition for annexation submitted to
Superintendent, the owner or authorized
described in Exhibit A; is hereby accepted.

Section 2.

Bank, 402 W. White Street, Anna, TX
