RESOLUTION NO. 2006-03-02
A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS
ACCEPTING THE CONTRACT WITH GRACON CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR THE
CITY OF ANNA WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT RENOVATION PROJECT AS
COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, the Greater Texoma Utility Authority has entered into a Contract for Water
Supply and Sewer Service with the City of Anna; and
WHEREAS, the Greater Texoma Utility Authority has entered into a contract with
Gracon Construction, Inc., for the construction of the City of Anna wastewater treatment plant
renovation project; and
WHEREAS, representatives of the City of Anna, the Greater Texoma Utility Authority
and the project engineer have inspected the wastewater treatment plant renovation project and
found it to be complete;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANNA that the City hereby formally accepts the work of Gracon Construction, ha:.,
as complete.
Upon motion by _Council Member Crim _,seconded by Council Member Finley_
the foregoing Resolution was passed and approved on this 10 day of March, 2006 by the
following vote:

At a regular meting of the City Council of Anna.
