RESOLUTION NO. 2007-09-02
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS,
NOMINATING A CANDIDATE FOR TH BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR THE
CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT OF COLLIN COUNTY ELECTION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas will have 5 votes to Cast
in the election of the Board of Directors for the Central Appraisal District of Collin
County, and
WHEREAS, each voting unit may nominate from one to five candidates.
Nominations must be made in an open meeting, and
WHEREAS, a written resolution from the presiding officer should include the
name and address of each candidate nominated, and
WHEREAS, the resolution must be delivered to the Chief Appraiser before
October 15, 2007.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ANNA, TEXAS:
