RESOLUTION NO. 2008-03-04
A RESOLUTION CREATING PRICE STRUCTURE FOR THE BRICK SALE FUND
RAISING ACTIVITIES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anna CCity Council") has concurred with the
Anna Parks Department that a Brick Sale will supplement funding to the Slayter Creek
Park Construction; and
WHEREAS, the City Council endorses the placement of brochures at various locations
within the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANNA, TEXAS THAT:
Section 1. That the attached brochure, Exhibit "A", establishes the recommended
charges for various sizes of brick and other types of markers.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas, on this the 25' day of March
2008.
