RESOLUTION NO. 2010-02-05
RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS ACCEPTING THE
CONTRACT WITH WRIGHT CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
PHASE III OF THE ANNA-MELISSA SEWER PRo..lECT AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the Cities of Anna and Melissa have entered into Contracts for Water Supply and
Sewer Service with the Greater Texoma Utility Authority; and
WHEREAS, the Greater Texoma Utility Authority had entered into a contract with Wright
Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of Phase III of the Anna-Melissa sewer project for the
Cities of Anna and Melissa; and
WHEREAS, representatives of the Greater Texoma Utility Authority, the Cities of Anna and
Melissa and the consulting engineer have reviewed the facility constructed as Phase III of the
Anna-Melissa sewer project and found it to be complete;
NOW ·rHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA,
TEXAS THAT:
Section 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth
in full.
Section 2. The City Council hereby formally accepts the work or Wright Construction Co., Inc.
as complete.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas, on this 23rd day of February, 2010.
