RESOLUTION NO. 2010-OS-03
RESOLUTION REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF AND AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE
AN ADDENDUM TO THE PID AGREEMENT FOR THE URBAN CROSSING PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, On April 27, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (City Council)
approved the Urban Crossing Public Improvement District Agreement; and,
WHEREAS, The City Council desires to clarify issues related to the property owner's
financial contribution to the road improvements described in the Agreement, and future
PID assessments for two lots in the subdivision upon which single family homes have
previously been constructed;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANNA, TEXAS THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. The City Council hereby approves and authorizes the City Manager to
execute and sign the Urban Crossing Public Improvement District Agreement
Addendum attached hereto as Exhibit 1.
