RESOLUTION NO. 2010-05-06
RESOLUTION REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF AND AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE
AN ADDENDUM TO THE AGREEMENT WITH THE GREATER ANNA CHAMBER OF
COMMERCE
WHEREAS, effective April 27, 2010, the City of Anna, Texas (the "City") and the
Greater Anna Chamber of Commerce (the "GACC") entered into a certain written
Agreement to expend funds in support of a Fourth-of-July fireworks display to be
provided by GACC (the "Agreement"): and
WHEREAS, the parties mutually seek to clarify and amend as necessary the
Agreement to accurately reflect the intentions of the parties under the Agreement as
modified by an Addendum.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANNA, TEXAS THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. The City Council hereby approves and authorizes the City Manager to
execute and sign the Agreement Addendum attached hereto as Exhibit 1.
