RESOLUTION NO. 2010..08..01
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS, COLLIN COUNTY, STATE
OF TEXAS, ESTABLISHING DEPOSITORY/AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES
FOR THE TEXAS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anna, Texas, is a participant in the Texas Community Development
Block Grant Program (TxCDBG) and a recipient of TxCDBG Community Development Block
Grant Funds; and
WHEREAS, it is a condition of the TxCDBG contract between the Texas Department of Rural
Affairs and the City of Anna, Texas, that a resolution be approved establishing
depository/authorized signatories for appropriate record keeping and fiscal management
procedures;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA,
TEXAS:
The City Council of the City of Anna authorizes the following three (3) persons to sign financial
documents for the City's 2010 CDBG grant:
Mayor
City Manager
City Secretary
