A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT
FOR THE "GATEWAY ADDITION PRELIMINARY PLAT" GENERALLY LOCATED EAST
OF U.S. 75 AND NORTH OF WEST WHITE STREET SUBJECT TO THE SUBDIVISION
RULES AND REGULATIONS AND RELATED CONDITIONS AS SET FORTH IN THIS
RESOLUTION AND STIPULATIONS TO BE ADDRESS THROUGH THE FINAL PLAT
PROCESS.
WHEREAS, In order to provide for the orderly development of land within the Anna city limits
and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City Council")
has adopted Part III -A of the Anna City Code of Ordinances ("Subdivision Regulations"); and
WHEREAS, development comments that are made by the staff through the review process
will be addressed by the developer's engineers during preparation of final construction plans
and related subdivision improvement agreements, and;
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended that the City Council
approve the Gateway Preliminary Plat with certain conditions as set forth herein.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANNA, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated.
The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes.
Section 2. Approval of Preliminary Plat
The City Council hereby approves the Gateway Addition Preliminary Plat subject to the staff
comments, attached hereto as Exhibit 1,
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas, on this 24h day
of September, 2013.
