The City Council of the City of Anna met in special session on the 25t' day of January.
Item #1
Mayor Ron Ferguson called this meeting to order at 7130 p.m.
Item #2
The following members were present and participating Mayor Ron Ferguson, Joe Murphy, Joel
Foltz, Bob Estep and Lisa Copeland. Duane Hayes was absent from this meeting.
Others present were: Lee Lawrence and Pat Dillon
Item #3
Bob Estep made a motion to adopt an Ordinance of the City of Anna, Texas, adopting subdivision
regulations for the city, including previsions requiring compliance for subdivision of property within
the city and its extraterritorial jurisdiction. Lisa Copeland seconded the motion. The motion
carried 410/0.
Item #4
Lisa Copeland made a motion to adopt an Ordinance of the City of Anna, Texas, adopting the
Horth Central Texas Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction. Bob Estep
seconded the motion. The motion carried 410/0.
Item #5
Joe Murphy made a motion to have the City Engineer to draw up plans on the extension of a
water fine to JLS Manufacturing. Lisa Copeland seconded the motion. The motion carried 4/010.
Item #6
Joe Murphy made a motion to set a public hearing to hear comments on the adoption of a zoning
ordinance and map for February 17, 2000 at the Anna City Hall. Lisa Copeland seconded the
motion. The motion carried 41010.
Item #7
Joe Murphy made a motion to have the City Engineer write the specifications for a road repair
bid. Lisa Copeland seconded the motion. The motion carried 410/0.

There being no further business this meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p. m..
