The City Council of the City of Anna met in special session on the 171" day of February.
Item #1
Mayor Ron Ferguson called this meeting to order at 7:32 p.m.
Item #2
The following members were present and participating: Mayor Ron Ferguson, Joe Murphy, Joel Foltz, Lisa
Copeland and Duane Hayes. Bob Estep was absent from this meeting.
Others present were T.J. Warren, David Crim, Johnny McBride, Anthony Geer, Lee Lawrence and Bob
Sandlin
Item #3
The City Council held a hearing to hear public comments on the new proposed zoning ordinance and map.
There was no action taken on this item until the Consultant draws a new map.
Item #4
The Council took no action on the adoption of the zoning ordinance and map.
Item #5
Jae Murphy made a motion to table the consideration and action regarding waiving certain bidding
requirements for design/construction of building for use by JLS Manufacturing, LLC. Lisa Copeland
seconded the motion. The motion carried 410/0.
Item #6
Joe Murphy made a motion to table the consideration and action regarding the award of contract for
design/construction of building for use by JUS Manufacturing, LL. Lisa Copeland seconded the motion.
The motion carried 410/0.
Item #7
The City Council met with Bob Sandlin regarding the preliminary plat of Tara Farms. Joe Murphy made a
motion to accept the plat as noted from the Planning and Zoning Board, subject to the annexation. Lisa
Copeland seconded the motion. The motion carried 4/010.

There being no turther business this meeting was adjourned at 9:02 p.m..
