The City Council of the City of Anna met in regular session on the 13"' day of June.
Item #1
Mayor Pro -Tem Bob Estep called this meeting to order at 7:30 p.m..
Item #2
The following members were present and participating: Mayor Pro -Tem Bob Estep ,Joe
Murphy, Lisa Copeland and Brenda Tilley. Duane Hayes and Mayer Ron Ferguson was
absent from this meeting.
Item #3
Mayor Pro -Tem Bob Estetp asked for any citizen participation at this time. There was no
response.
Item #4
The Council met with Mary Hines regarding a water leak that caused a large water bill.
Joe Murphy made a motion to take a 12 -month average to calculate an adjustment on
her bill. Lisa Copeland seconded the motion. The motion carried 41010.
Item #5
The Council met with Georgiann Evans and Jessica Hulcy on the "Off the Beaten Path„
Conservation Project and the Parks & Recreation Board relationship, There was no
action taken on this item.
Item #6
Lisa Copeland made a motion to approve the Minutes for May 9, 2000 and May 15,
2000. Brenda Tilley seconded the motion. The motion carried 41010.

The motion carried 41010.
Item #8
The Council met with the Water and Wastewater Superintendent regarding the monthly
activities. There was no action taken on this item.

There being no further business this meeting was adjourned.
