WHEREAS, In order to provide for the orderly development of land within the Anna city limits,
the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City Council") has adopted Part III -C of the
Anna City Code of Ordinances ("Zoning Regulations"); and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANNA, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated.
The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes.
Section 2. Approval of Site and Landscape Plan
The City Council of the City of Anna, Texas hereby approves the Victoria Falls Center
Addition site plan and landscape plan with the following requirements:
1. A TXDOT driveway permit and approval for the access to West White Street is
required for this development.
2. A left turn lane from the future east bound West White Street median is required.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas, on this 22nd day
of September, 2015.
