The City Council of the City of Anna met in a workshop session on the 14'h day of August.
Item # 1
Mayor Ron Ferguson tailed this meeting to order at 7:33 p.m.
Item #2
The following members were present and participating. Mayor Ron Ferguson, Lynn Mane, J. W. Finley Jr.
Lynn Mosier, and Lisa Copeland- Brenda Tilley was absent from the meeting.
Item #3
Mayor Ron Ferguson asked for any citizen participation at this time. Marcus Archer asked to be placed on
the neat agenda.
Item #4
Lisa Copeland made a motion to adopt resolution No. 10-2001. designating, certain elected or appointers
official to execute State of Texas Purchase Voucher, requests for payment forms, contract amendments and
or budget modificatiom and all other required program documents, relating to the implementation of the
TCDP contract # 720106. Lvnn Dhane seconded the motion. The motion carried 100%.
Item #5
The facilities agreement for creekside subdiN inion (Anna ISDD4.andmark interest) was tabled.
Item # 6
Lisa Copeland made a motion to set the proposed 2001-2002 tax rate at .58 and to set the public hearing
date on August 28, 2001 at 7:30. Joe Finley Jr. seconded the motion. The motion carried I00%/
Item # 7
Lynn Mosier made a motion to aprove the minutes for July 10, 2001 and July 26, 2001.
Joe Finlev Jr. 'Seconded the motion, the motion carried 100%.
Item # 8
Lisa Copeland made a motion to approve the bills. Joe Finely Jr. seconded the motion. The motion carried
100%.
Item # 4
There was no action taken on the report from the Water & Wastewater Superintendent.
Item # 10
There being no further business this meeting was adjourned at 8:10 PM.
