ORDINANCE NO. 2002-11
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS, AMENDING THE TARA
FARMS PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (PD #1) OF THE CITY OF ANNA BY
REVISING THE SETBACK REQUIREMENTS IN TARA FARMS SUBDIVISION,
PHASE 3; PROVIDING A REPEALER CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the owner of the property described as Tara Farms Subdivision, Phase 3, has
requested a revision of the setback requirements in Tara Farms Subdivision, Phase 3, in order
to accommodate the construction of larger homes; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anna has given the requisite notices and afforded a full and fair hearing
to all property owners generally and to all persons interested in and situated in the affected area
and in the vicinity thereof;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA,
TEXAS:
Section 1. The Tara Farms Planned Development (PD 2000-01) should be amended as
follows:
Side Yards:
Lots of less than 62' width shall have a minimum side yard of five feet (5').
Lots of less than 64' width shall have a minimum side yard of six feet (6).
Lots of less than 66' width shall have a minimum side yard of seven feet (7').
ear Yard
Lots of less that 118' depth shall have a minimum back yard of twenty feet (20').
Section 2. All ordinances of the City of Anna in conflict with the provisions of this PD Ordinance
are repealed to the extent of that conflict.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage and the
publication of the caption of said ordinance as the law in such case provides.
