(98.17 ACRE KIM AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AN TEXAS, AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ANNA TO ROVIDE FOR REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY; PROVIDING A EPEALER CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, the owner of the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto has requested a certain zoning for said property; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anna has given the requisite notices and afforded a full and fair hearing to all property owners generally and to all persons interested in and situated in the affected area a d in the vicinity thereof, the City Council of the City of Anna has concluded that th Zoning Ordinance of the City of Anna should be amended as follows: NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ANNA, TEXAS: Section 1. Rattan Survey, abstract no. 752 and in the Thomas Rattan Survey, abstract no. 782, being a survey of part of the 98.945 acre tract described in a deed from Nihon Tochi Company, Ltd.
