(15.52 ACRE COMMERCIAL —THE FALLS)
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ANNA
CERTAIN PROPERTY; PROVIDING
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
ANNA, TEXAS, AMENDING THE
TO PROVIDE FOR REZONING OF
A REPEALER CLAUSE; AND
WHEREAS, the owner of the property described below has requested a certain zoning
for said property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anna has given the requisite notices and
afforded a full and fair hearing to all property owners generally and to all persons
interested in and situated in the affected area and in the vicinity thereof, the City
Council of the City of Anna has concluded that the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Anna should be amended as follows:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANNA, TEXAS:
Section 1. The comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Anna, Texas, is
amended by zoning Block B, Lot 9 and Block D, Lot 20, of The Falls as Planned
Development No. (119-2003), which shall have the following zoning use regulations.
ZONING REGULATIONS
Block B, Lot 9 and Block D, Lot 20, of The Falls shall be zoned as C-2 Commercial
District except as follows:
Motor, motor hotel, or motor lodge
Cemetery or mausoleum
Civic center
Community center, public
Community center, private
Exhibition
Fraternal organization, lodge or civic club
Kennel, outside pens
Rehabilitation care facility
School, public (primary andtor secondary)
Stadium or playfield, public
Swimming pool, private
Heliport or heliatop
Radio, TV or microwave oper., amateur
Radio, TV or microwave oper., commer.
Service yards of government agency
Permitted with a specific use permit
Not permitted

Section 2. All provisions of the City of Anna Zoning Ordinance not in conflict with
the provisions of this ordinance shall pertain to the property described herein.
Section 3 The official Zoning Map of the City of Anna shall be corrected to reflect
the change in zoning described herein.
Section 4. All ordinances of the City of Anna in conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance are repealed to the extent of that conflict.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage
and the publication of the caption of said ordinance as the law in such case provides.
PASSED on this r day of December, 2003, by the following vote of the City Council
of the City of Anna, Texas.
