AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS, ADOPTING AND ENACTING A
CODE OF ORDINANCES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS:
In accordance with Texas Local Government Code §53.001, at seq., the City of Anna
Code of Ordinances is hereby adopted in the printed form signed by the Mayor and
attested by the City Secretary as of the date of the adoption of this Ordinance.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage and publication,
as the law in such cases provides.
DULY ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas, on this the 1 e day of
May, 2008.
