RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF
JEFFERSON AT ANNA FINLEY, BLOCK A, LOT 1.
WHEREAS, in order to provide for the orderly development of land within the Anna city limits
and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City Council")
has adopted Article 9.02 ("Subdivision Regulations") and Article 9.04 ("Zoning Ordinance") of
the Anna City Code of Ordinances; and
WHEREAS, Jefferson Finley, LLC (JPI), has submitted an application for approval of a Final
Plat of Jefferson at Anna Finley, Block A, Lot 1 ("Final Plat") attached hereto as Exhibit A;
WHEREAS, The Final Plat conforms to the city's Subdivision Regulations and Zoning
Ordinance;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA,
TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes.
Section 2. Approval of Final Plat
The City Council hereby approves the Final Plat subject to additions and/or alterations to the
engineering plans as required by the Public Works Department.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas, on this 22nd day
of August 2023.
