RESOLUTION NO. 2 o a 3- O 8- 15 23
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING A REVISED SITE PLAN OF
WAL-MART ANNA ADDITION, BLOCK A, LOT 4.
WHEREAS, In order to provide for the orderly development of land within the Anna city limits
and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City Council")
has adopted Article 9.02 ("Subdivision Regulation") and Article 9.04 ("Zoning Ordinance") of
the Anna City Code of Ordinances; and
WHEREAS, Chick-fil-A Inc. has submitted an application for the approval of a site plan of Wal-
Mart Anna Addition, Block A, Lot 4 ('Revised Site Plan") attached hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, The Revised Site Plan conforms to the city's Subdivision Regulations and Zoning
Ordinance; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA,
TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes.
Section 2. Approval of Site Plan
The City Council hereby approves the Revised Site Plan subject to additions and/or
alterations to the engineering plans as required by the Public Works Department.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas, on this 22nd day
of August 2023.
