Agenda items for City Council meeting
1. Consider approval of location of sanitary sewer trunk line serving Tara Farms
Subdivision (information attached).
2. Consider annexation of 35 acre tract located at southwest corner of FM 455 and US
Highway 75, petition by Affi International (see PZC recommendation).
3. Consider zoning of 35 acre tract located at southwest corner of FM 455 and US Highway
75, petition by Affi International (see PZC recommendation).
4. Consider acceptance of preliminary plat for Oak Hollow Subdivision, submitted by
Collins Commercial Realty, for 138.7 acre tract located on south side of FM 455,
approximately 5,000 feet west of State Highway 5 (see PZC recommendation).
5. Report on site plan for O.A.T.S. Project – Phase II, Alcatel USA, as submitted by John E.
Hawkins & Associates, Inc. (David Hawkins), representing Alcatel USA (information
only-no action requested).
