Agenda items for City Council meeting
1. Consider ordinance annexing 1.300 acre tract located at southeast corner of FM 455 and
US Highway 75, petition by Love’s Country Stores, Inc., as recommended by Planning and
Zoning Commission.
2. Consider approval of Oak Hollow Subdivision Facilities Agreement.
3. Consider action authorizing developer of Tara Farms Subdivision (Bob Sandlin) to provide
twenty percent (20%) maintenance bond instead of one hundred percent (100%)
maintenance bond.
4. Executive Session:
The City Council will meet in closed session as permitted by the Section of Chapter 551 of
the Texas Government Code and for the purposes as follows:
(a) To receive information and deliberate regarding purchase of property for use for a
public purpose.
(b) Consultation regarding pending litigation.
5. Consider action to authorize Mayor to negotiate purchase of property for use for a public
purpose.
6. Consider action to authorize Mayor to secure legal counsel.
