SPECIAL MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ANNA
The City Council of the City of Anna will hold a special meeting on Thursday, November 16,

2000, at 7:30 p.m. at the Anna City Hall, located at 120 W. 4 Street, Anna, Texas, to consider
the following items.
1. Call to order.
2. Roll call.
3. Consider recommendation of Planning and Zoning Commission regarding
Preliminary/Final Plat for 12.95 acre tract located at southwest corner of FM 455 and U.
S. Highway 75, submitted by Affi International, Inc. (Faizal Moosa).
4. Consider recommendation of Planning and Zoning Commission regarding Site Plan for
Anna Travel Center, submitted by Affi International, Inc. (Faizal Moosa).
The City Council of the City of Anna will conduct a joint workshop with the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Anna on Thursday, November 16, 2000, at 7:45 p.m. at the Anna City

Hall, located at 120 W. 4 Street, Anna, Texas, to discuss the following items.
a. Discussion of sign ordinance.
b. Discussion of zoning ordinance revisions.
c. Discussion of subdivision ordinance revisions.
d. Discussion of application/permit fees.
e. Update on current infrastructure projects.
f. Other issues as desired by members of PZC and/or City Council.
