The Anna City Council of the City of Anna will meet in regular session on Tuesday February 8,
2000 at 7:30 p.m. at Anna High School; Portable #9 located at 200 E. 7" Street.
1) Call to order
2) Roll Call
3) Citizen's Participation
4) To meet with John Baldwin to discuss and take action as needed regarding the charges on
the sewer bill relating to the property located at 1606 Road Runner Road.
5) To discuss and lake action as needed on the consideration of an Interlocal Cooperation
Agreement with Collin County to continue participating in road and bridge maintenance
projects.
6) l o discuss and take action as needed regarding a resolution supporting the 2012 Olympics.
7) To discuss and take action as needed regarding the bids on a backhoe.
6) The approval of minutes for Jan 11, 2000 and January 25, 2000. To discuss and take action
as needed
n 9) The approval of bills. To discuss and take action as needed.
10) To discuss and take action as needed regarding Capital Water Improvements.
11) The City Council will recess into Executive Session under Texas Government Code Sections
551.071 and 551.074 of the Texas Open Meeting Act for the following purpose:
A. Personnel. Employee's Salary Review
12) The City Council will re -convene into regular session to act on items discussed in executive
session.
13) To discuss and take action as needed on adopting Ordinance No. 2000-03, an Ordinance of
the City Council of the City of Anna, Calling a regular Municipal Election for the purpose of
electing three members of the City Council, Places 2,3, and 4 for May 6, 2000, designating a
Polling Place, Appointing an Election Judge; providing for the filing of applications to be
placed on the ballot providing for early voting; providing for notice of said Election and finding
and determining that the meeting at which this Ordinance was adopted was open to the
public as required by law.
f` 14) Report from Water and Wastewater Superintendent. To discuss and take action as needed.
15) To discuss and take action as needed regarding the procedures of the Anna Community
Development Corp.
