SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING

Hurricane Creek Country Club Meeting/ Dinning Room

The City Of Anna City Council, Planning & Zoning Commission, and selected City Staff
met at Hurricane Creek Country Club meeting/dining room in joint session with The City
of Van Alstyne at 7:00 PK Wednesday, August 3, 2005 to receive a briefing on a
proposed development plan for approximately 2500 acres of property in the City of Anna
and in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Anna and Van Alstyne, (including property out
of the ETJ) generally adjacent to both the east and west sides of Highway 75 from
County Line Road south approximately 11,000 feet and on the east side of Highway 75
from County Line Road north approximately 600 feet.
There was not a quorum of the council present and no action was taken.
