SPECIAL CITY COUNCQ. MEETING
August 10, 2005 7:00 PM
Community Room, Texas Star Bank
The City Council of the City of Anna met in Special Session at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday,
August 10, 2005, at the Community Room, Texas Star Bank, located at 402 W. White
Street (FM 455), to consider the following items.
1. Call to Order.
Mayor Kenneth Pelham called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m.
2. RoB Call and Establishment of Quorum.
Mayor Kenneth Pelham and Council Members John Garen, J. W. Finley Jr., Mark
Montgomery and Bobby Shiner were present. Council Member Lynn Mosier was
absent.
3. Workshop:
Discussion/briefing regarding 2005-06 budget for City of Anna.
Council and City Manager, Lee Lawrence went over the handouts for budget
review. Bottom line numbers will change depending on what actions Council
decides to take on items such as subdivision costs, fire deparhnent costs, police
deparhnent cost and other line items. No action was taken.
4. Adjourn.
Motion to adjourn at 9:09 p.m. by Council Member Shiner. Seconded by Council
Member Finley.
